No. Safe Rider teaches people to ride from the very beginning. Tell us your experience level on the application so the instructors can plan for you.

Choose a class on the Enroll page, fill in your details, make a bank transfer to the account shown, and upload your payment receipt. You'll get an email with your application reference straight away.

Your confirmation email includes the exact preparation guidance for your class. As a rule: long trousers, a long-sleeved top, and closed shoes that cover the ankle. Read our gear guide for more.

Not yet. Uploading a receipt means your payment is pending review. Our team checks it against the bank account and then emails you to confirm, usually with your training schedule and location.

Yes. Submit your application without a receipt and we'll email you a private link where you can upload it once you've made the transfer.

We'll email you to explain why, and you can upload a clearer or corrected receipt using the same private link.

On the Enroll page, use "Already applied?" and enter your email. We'll send your application link(s) again.

Family, friends and supporters of our new riders, and the wider riding community. Every guest registers individually.

Yes. Each guest registers with their own name, email address and phone number, and receives their own e-ticket with a unique QR code.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, submit the registration form again with the same email address and we'll offer to resend your ticket.

The New Bikers' Graduation takes place on Sunday, 6 December 2026. The venue and time will be published on the Graduation page as soon as they're confirmed.
