How Safe Rider Motorcycle School handles your personal information.
What we collect
- Graduation guests: full name, email address and phone number, plus your check-in time at the event.
- Class applicants: the details on the application form (contact details, optional date of birth, gender, address and occupation, riding experience, emergency contact, and any notes you choose to share) and the payment receipt(s) you upload.
- Technical data: limited information such as a hashed form of your IP address, used to stop spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To issue and check your graduation e-ticket.
- To process your class application, verify your payment and send your training details.
- To contact you about your ticket or enrollment.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who can see it
Only authorised Safe Rider staff can see your information, through a password-protected admin area. Payment receipts are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. We use trusted service providers to host this website, store files and send email. They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
